The model Our model of work sessions starts with “learn-by-doing” whereby participants work on previously selected projects; thus providing full context and immediate benefits. For every workshop, we always deploy two engineers who possesses ample experience in the business of technology; consequently, they are able to answer the difficult questions, but also offer deeper context.
It does not end with the training session Traditional training ends when the “seminar” ends. In our model, we provide three calendar months of proactive support. We schedule regular meetings, review documentations, call the participants to provide coaching and reinforcement. We have found that this type of support removes the obstacles to long-term adoption.
