Other management consulting companies offer a large portfolio of services. We’ve opted to focus solely on product development, working with marketing and engineering organizations and their managers. This has allowed us to develop a large toolkit of solutions and best practices. It has also allowed us to select our Senior Experts based on their specific knowledge and abilities in product development. Over the years we’ve come to appreciate the value of our risky decision more than a decade ago to focus only of product development — it has forced us to hone our knowledge and skills in solving thorny product development problems.

Casual, But No-Nonsense Style

We’re a no-nonsense group of Senior Experts who fully realize that our clients must maintain a flow of profitable products, with no second chances. We’re passionate about making a difference, and we strive to create change with every one of our engagements. We measure our success by how much change we’ve been able to lead.

Our style of work is casual, and we do away with many of the formalities and rituals of traditional consulting; rather, we focus on extended, working meetings with marketing and engineering teams. Our reports and other documents are replete with action-oriented recommendations, along with clear directions for implementation.
